Mengatasi Insomia(Susah Tidur)/Overcoming Insomia (Insomnia)

Insomnia.

Bahasa Indonesia :

      SULIT tidurmemang mengganggu. Sangkat jengkelin saat lu mau tidur tapi gak bisa pules-pules, tapi mata tetap maunya terbuka. Padahal,  besok bakalan ada kegiatan penting.

        Gimana lu bisa tampil vit besoknya kalo gak bisa tidur malem(insomnia). Bisa jadi lu terlambat bangun atau pusing seharian. Itu pokoknya ngeganggu banget kan.

Dan kini gua mau kasih tips-tips agar insomnia gak nyerang lagi:

1. Hindari bobo-boo cantik/tidur siang untuk mengurangi rasa lelah. Lu tidur pas siang hari udah pasti energi melek lu belom abis pas malem hari.

2. Pastikan ruangan Lu cukup sejuk dan sirkulasi udara bagus.

3. Jangan ada peralatan elektronik dikamar lu yang ngebuat lu jadi isengan pengen terus maenin gadget atau nonton tv dan sebagainya,lebih baik lu matiin alat-alat elektronik itu dan cukup nyalahin lagu penuntun tidur(yang melow").

4. Jadwalin tiap hari lu bangun jam sekian tidur jam sekian agar terbiasa.

5. Jangan  latihan atau olahraga sebelum tidur, lakukan 3 jam sebelumnya. Dengan begitu otot-otot lu sudah tidak tegang dan telah siap untuk beristirahat.

6. Jangan coba-coba minum-minuman yang ngebuat lu betah melek misalnya saja kopi, teh, minuman bersoda, dan minuman penambah energi. Percayalah, minuman itu akan memperburuk kondisi lu.

7. Mimi susu atau minum susu hangat yang efektif ngebuat ngantuk.

8. Minum sebelum tidurnya jangan banyak-banyak agar gak bangun pas malem hari buat buang air kecil.

9. Lepas semua beban lu jangan pikirin masalah yang ngganggu entah dari pacar dari bos atau hal-hal yang ngebuat otaklu mikir terus,masalah itu jangan dipikirin tapi diselesaiin jadi tidur aja besok pasti bisa hadepin masalahnya dan kembali normal.

10. Kalo gak bisa tidur gelap,yaudah coba pasang lampu padam yang cocok buat penuntun tidur.

     TOUGH alias sleep insomnia is disturbing. Very mengesakjan when you lie down and pulled the blanket, but the eyes still do not want closed. In fact, a stack of activities requiring stamina awaits tomorrow.


      How you can perform well if sleeplessness. It could be Amda overslept or dizziness throughout the day. It is certainly very disturbing health and your activities.


But now, you can say 'Goodbye on Insomnia'. Here's how:


1. Avoid naps to reduce fatigue. Nap will accumulate energy and makes you more difficult to sleep at night.


2. Make sure your room is pretty cool with good air circulation.


3. The bedroom is a room to rest, not wisely putting electronic equipment such as television sets or computers. You could be tempted to watch the show or play games.

Even if your room is filled electrical equipment, turn off, unless you want to play soft music as a lullaby.

4. Schedule your sleep at the same time. Even if you're not sleepy, try to sleep at the same time. It will help you set the biological clock sleep time and ease your body to sleep at the same time.


5. Do not schedule a workout or exercise before bed, do three hours earlier. That way your muscles are no tense and ready to rest.


6. Avoid foods that can keep you awake all night, such as coffee, tea, soft drinks, and energy drinks. Trust me, drink it will worsen your condition.


7. Choose foods and drinks that can help you immediately fell asleep. For example, a glass of warm milk, low calorie.


8. Avoid too much to drink before bedtime. This can trigger you to awaken because they have to visit the toilet to urinate.


9. Before going to sleep, write down on paper all the things that bothers you. Is the boss angry, arguing with a lover, or weather that makes your mood dispersed.


Write also the hope for the next day. It will help you take a load off the mind that could hamper your sleep.



10. If you can not sleep with the lights out, no need to push yourself. Sleep with dim lights that will not make you surprised when awakened middle of the night. Excessive lighting can make your body awake all night.
