A few days ago at the 2021 Tokyo Game Show, Square Enix announced that their newest battle-royale mobile game, Final Fantasy VII: The First Soldier, will go pre-registration this October, with an official release in November 2021.
Square Enix did not mention the release region of the game, which is likely to include the Japanese and English versions of Final Fantasy VII: The First Soldier. The latest trailer also reveals the various Jobs that can be played in the game, including various Classic-Jobs such as Monk and Ninja.
Based on a brief interview, Square Enix has no plans for other platforms at this time and wants to concentrate on releasing mobile platforms. It looks like there will also be another non-battle royale mode in development, although there has been no direct confirmation regarding this info.
Later, there will be a total of 7 Tiers in the game for Rank-Ladder. Players can also summon Eidolons including Ifrit to help players in battle. Yep, of course Final Fantasy fans and players who like Battle-Royale games can’t wait to try playing this unique game!
