Currently the NetEase developer continues to develop new game titles to pamper mobile players. Having previously been confirmed that they were preparing an adaptation game from the Lord of the Rings genre Real Time Strategy (RTS), now there is new news again, NetEase teasing fans with a new video teaser game that will be titled CITY.
In the teaser video, NetEase revealed that the CITY game was developed using Unreal Engine 4. As is well known, Unreal Engine 4 has been successfully applied to mobile games, including Honkai Impact 3, Oceanhorn 2, and console-to-mobile game port versions, such as Life is Strange and also Injustice 2.
Certainly by using Unreal Engine 4 in the CITY game, players will be presented with an open world genre mobile game with a fantastic graphical display. Looking from the trailer side, it looks like CITY will have a post apocalypse world theme, and players must survive the emerging threats. Although it is still unknown what threats will be present in this new game, given that NetEase also has a game with a similar theme about the zombie apocalypse in the LifeAfter game.
This new game must be awaited, because the Unreal Engine 4 engine in the mobile game industry in recent years has been very successful, and also the smartphone now has very good specs to maximize this engine.
