Bandai Namco has officially released their latest mobile game entitled Slime: Isekai Memories today, October 27, 2021 globally. This mobile game was developed based on the Japanese Lightnovel series entitled That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, which tells the story of a 37-year-old man who is reincarnated in another world as a slime.
The lightnovel has been adapted into several Manga and Anime series of the same name which started in 2018 and continues to this day. Isekai is a popular genre of Manga currently in Japan, which tells the story of reincarnation in a new world, usually in a fantasy setting. Slime: Isekai Memories English version is released for Freetoplay and with the IAP (In App Purchase) system.
In Slime: Isekai Memories, players will be able to follow the story of the first season of the anime and help the main character, Rimuru, to build the kingdom of Tempest. The title will also feature a new game-exclusive story written by the series’ authors, known as Fuse.
This game has RPG gameplay, besides that players will be able to place buildings, walk around Tempest and fight enemies. The official Japanese voice actors for the anime will reprise their roles and provide the voices for the new game.
